Graystone Inn, initially “The Bridgers Mansion,” was constructed in 1905-1906 by Elizabeth Haywood Bridgers, widow of Preston L. Bridgers, regional merchant and son of Robert Rufus Bridgers, past president with the Atlantic Coast Line Railway, founder with the Wilmington/Weldon Railroad, and two time representative towards the Confederate Congress.

An historic landmark and one of several most elegant structures in Wilmington, the inn has lately undergone comprehensive renovations and has been returned to its original “turn with the century grandeur”. The inn is owned by Rich and Marcia Moore. Get more information about North Carolina coastal bed and breakfast
